I am a Professional Member of the Chartered Institute of Editing and Proofreading (CIEP) and follow their code of conduct.
Prior to becoming freelance I gained five years in-house publishing expertise as Editor of the Craft list at David & Charles Ltd. and as an Editorial Assistant at Florence Production Ltd. I hold a First Class BA (Hons) degree in English and keep my editorial training up to date with relevant CIEP courses.
